Fatbanana Broadband was launched by Rigstar Communications back in 2004 as a full service Internet Service Provider (ISP) targeted at the Calgary business marketplace.

In 2008, given the considerable synergies between both companies products and services in the area of Provincial Wide Area Networking and in a effort to maintain the consistant growth of the ISP, Fatbanana has been re-acquired by Rigstar.

Our Internet network will now be operating as “Rigstar Business Solutions”. This move has strengthened and enhanced our portfolio of Internet offerings while also adding critical resources to ensure both our products and technical support capabilities continue to lead the industry. 

Rigstar Business Solutions has a diverse set of Internet Access related services designed to provide your business peace of mind through better connectivity and data management.
