IT & COMPUTER SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIST

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Computer Systems Specialist.  You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a strong understanding of remote communication technologies.  Your experience and initiative will lend itself to advancing our North American expansion.

Your duties will include:

- Configuring, imaging, and repairing of desktops, notebooks, servers, software, printers, and
- Configuring, and repairing of wireless network equipment and VoIP
- First level support for hardware and software on all communications, networking, and computer equipment
- Help Desk support for customers and internal staff
- Develop and Document procedures, policies, and new technology
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies (OS and Office Products), networking, and remote communication technologies.

Qualifications:

- Post Secondary Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or Computer Sciences &/or 2 years or more related experience in the Computer/IT industry.
- Preference will be given to those with an Oil and Gas background.
